We work closely with all insurance companies to ensure your vehicles repairs are of finest quality and to ensure you get back on the road as quickly as possible.
Can i have any shop fix my car?
Yes, you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the repair shop of your choosing. No one can force you to have your vehicle repaired at a particular shop. This is your right, by law.
When my car is in an accident, do I have to take it to a shop that my insurance company recommends?
It is completely your decision to have collision repairs done at your shop of choice, however if the insurance company is directing you to a certain facility that means they are comfortable with that shop.
If I have a leased car, is it necessary to get it fixed at the dealership I purchased it from?
You do not have to, but if there are any problems when you go to trade in or lease return your car, if the dealership body shop repaired it, it should be covered by their warranty and not some independent shop that might not have a warranty.
What happens if I pick my car up from a body shop and find a problem later on?
Most body shops have some sort of a guarantee or warranty for the repairs they perform. If the problem that occurs is related to the accident and not a workmanship problem with the body shop, then you can go back to the insurance company up to two years after the time of the accident for anything else that happens
What are my towing options?
If your vehicle needs towed please call the closest Reineke Collision Center and we will guide you through the process.
Do you have rental cars?
If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.

can you have my car serviced?
If your vehicle is due for a service, we can arrange to have it taken over to one of our dealerships after the repairs are complete.
What types of payments do you accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is with a major credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Of course, cash and certified checks are always welcome.
Who do i pay my deductible to?
If your deductible is not waived, it will be your responsibility to pay us when you pick up your vehicle. If you aren't sure about your deductible, you can call your agent and he can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether it will be your responsibility.
